Photosymbiosis – heritage oak tree exhibition

Artist Epha Roe’s exhibition Photosymbiosis: Towards a Method of Photographic Collaboration with England’s Heritage Oak Trees. Epha selected trees that link to a story, event, or person that has elevated each to cultural status. She considers these trees in light of the new scientific awareness of trees’ ability to communicate within their own community and with different species across their interconnected root and mycorrhizal systems.
