Why not try the Winter Walking Challenge on Facebook or download a sheet here. Want to get your kids involved? Try this walking diary and Spot the Bird challenge.

The Healthy Lifestyle’s Team’s Winter Wellbeing newsletter is a guide for living healthily over the winter period, in light of the challenges we are all facing this year. For more inspiration follow the team on Facebook and YouTube.

This winter the Grow Project is running four-week courses in a Covid-secure setting for small groups to reconnect with nature. Their aim is to help you learn nature-connection resources that improve your wellbeing and have wonderful days out that re-inspire and re-invigorate you to discover community links to develop your skills and interests.

Stanmer Organics is making their allotment and wilderness sites accessible to wheelchair users to bring nature connection activities, social and therapeutic horticulture and ecotherapy to a wider section of our community.
