Nature Starts on Our Plate: Biosphere Partnership Meeting

On March 27th, we will have the honour to host a visit from 3 Michelin star Chef Mauro Colagreco to our area, in his role as UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity.

We are thrilled to invite you to our March 27th Biosphere partnership meeting, Nature Starts on Our Plate, at the University of Brighton, where this very committed Chef, renowned for putting environmental concerns at the heart of his cuisine, will come and speak with us, together with other local inspiring speakers. Together, we will explore the deep connections between the food we eat and nature around us, to highlight why choosing local food matters—for our health, our communities, and the environment.
